ART/NOT TERMINAL-Website Guidelines updated - 11/12/2005

• FEE: $20 start-up fee for new active ART/NOT members.

An new active member is an artist who hangs at 3 times during their first year with the gallery and/or makes a significant contribution to the gallery in either volunteer time or other effort that furthers the mission of the gallery.

• Fee includes ≤10 images

Members may place all 10 at once or work up to that point. Members may add an additional 10 images for a limit of 20 images for a $2.00 fee for each image over 10.

• Rotating images

You can swap images at anytime, however you will need to contact website coordinator and include the digital files and/or any information concerning images.

• Existing personal website

An active gallery member artist who has an existing personal website can get their name listed on the Art/Not website. This listing is free of charge and exempt of renewal fees.

• Yearly Renewal fee of $10

Renewal fees will be collected once a year for members on the site. Failure to pay renewal fee can result in name removal from website. The artist shall receive some form of notification via email, or communicative announcement. Web site fees goes towards purchase of website domain renewal, digital equipment, computer, printer equipment and other purposes active members of the gallery see appropriate. The above fees are subject to review every two years. The fee/policies should be determined by website coordinator and subject to approval by the board.

•Submitting images help

David Pan, can assist with digitally photographing member artists works interested in submitting images to the website. To remain eligible on the website, an artist must hang 1 time per year and/or makes a significant contribution to the gallery in either volunteer time or other effort that furthers the mission of the gallery. However, eligibility can be determined in a case-by-case basis and final authority rests in the discretion of the website coordinator and/or gallery board of directors

•How to Pay

Please obtain a regular hanging receipt from the gallery and make a notation of website hanging fee or renewal fee. Drop the fee in envelope with original receipt in the gallery box near the sitter’s desk.
