I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. I came to the United States about twenty years ago, which presently I reside in Seattle, WA. I've found interest in painting my whole life, but haven't really put my true touch and skills on canvas until college time. After graduating at the University of Washington with my Fine Arts degree, I've grown and created many more pieces, which some of them are displayed on this website.

The types of paintings I enjoy doing are of natural settings, such as: mountains, trees, waterfalls, oceans, and etc. I have this love to paint natural things, like landscapes, that are untouched by the human hand. I absolutely love to put my power into the canvas by emphasizing and freely throwing my brush without restraint until the piece is complete. I am known for my thick texture and unbounded brush strokes.
