News for May/June

Our lease has been extended to November 2014. Many thanks to Capitol Hill Housing for being such a great landlord - one that clearly values our mission and contribution to the neighborhood.

Our April Subterranean Room show features work by young artists from The Bush School.

The Member's Meeting/potluck is on Tuesday the 21st at 6pm.

Lisabeth Villet won May's gift certificate. Congratulations Lisabeth, and thank you for your donation.

Remember to encourage your friends to vote for their favorite pieces using our vote/donation box. If your piece is chosen as favorite, you receive a free hanging, and each entry is entered into a drawing for a gift certificate.

The June Board Meeting will be on on Sunday the 9th at 2pm

We are sponsoring a meetup.com group called 'Seattle Emerging Artists'. Everyone is encouraged to join.

And finally, don't forget to consider becoming a Featured Artist on the top floor.

Support Art/Not Terminal Gallery

The Gallery expresses its thanks to our landlord, Capitol Hill Housing, for helping us provide an affordable home for Seattle artists for the past 20 years.

Their largesse is one reason that Art/Not Terminal Gallery has been able to provide the freedom of a non-juried exhibition space to thousands of artists as well as community arts groups such as the Onyx Collective and Seattle Weavers Guild, who do not have their own gallery space. Hundreds of Seattle artists have also participated in the affordable weekly Life Drawing sessions hosted here for the past dozen years.

Even with the support of our landlord, the cost of continuing to operate in our current home has increased beyond the means of our traditional budget. In order to keep our services affordable for local artists, we are now asking our supporters for help. If you feel that it's important to keep a non-juried affordable art gallery in the city center, please support Art/Not Terminal Gallery with your tax deductable donations.

Please make your tax deductable donation to Art/Not Terminal Gallery today!

Since A/NT is a Washigton State Non-Profit Organization, not a Federal 501C(3) Non-Profit, tax deductable donations to us must be made through our fiscal sponsor, the Allied Arts Foundation.
